Hi, I'm Anton 

I'm the guy who obsesses about the science of anything and everything. The human body is a fascinating machine, and my passions lie in figuring out how to master it. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and I work in the sport supplement manufacturing industry, talking to athletes, researchers, and all sorts of fitness experts. My interests in fitness continue to become stronger, with always trying new dietary approaches, exercises, and training styles, building up a large knowledge base and personal experience so that I myself understand the advice I give to you on a deeper level.

How am I different?

Combining the knowledge from my degree with personal training brings a uniquely blended approach to fitness. My understanding of human relationships with food and exercise is deeper. This puts my capabilities of understanding your personal motivational needs at a higher grade, bringing you scientifically supported long-term change - both physically and mentally.

BEFORE VS AFTER

My journey in fitness started when I was 14. I was a little on the chubby side, started off strong but lost my motivation and got skinny. I was desperate to get it right and become fitter and look better, but my drive just wasn't there. This made me understand how genuinely important accountability and discipline are in making progress. Over time, enjoyment became my discipline. I now stay consistent, and struggle to imagine a life without, all frankly because I learned to love it by sticking through it at the beginning. Since then, my fitness journey has had many ups and downs, a lot of learning, researching, good experiences, mistakes. All of which I can use to make sure you get your beginning right.
